An exceptional school for children! I am extremely satisfied with Renzo Gracie Laval. The coaching is professional, respectful, and motivating. The instructors know how to convey the right values through jiu-jitsu: discipline, self-confidence, respect, and perseverance. My child loves every session and progresses quickly, both physically and mentally. The atmosphere is welcoming, safe, and very well structured. I highly recommend all parents to enroll their children. It's an incredible investment in their personal development and well-being.

An exceptional place to learn jiu-jitsu! The atmosphere is welcoming, respect is at the heart of every session, and you truly feel like you're progressing, regardless of your level. I recommend them without hesitation.
I recommend to everyone this martial arts school! My three-year-old son started attending classes 2 months ago. He tried different sports but only accepted Jiujitsu and this thanks to the professor, Louis-Philippe. He is very patient with children who learn through play. My son became more disciplined, less shy and pays more attention. Our one-year-old daughter watches with pleasure and interest. Without a doubt, she will come to classes in the future too.

Finally got my blue belt. Hands down the best academy in MTL. Amazing instructor and training partner.
I joined this team when I was at my lowest. Type 2 diabetic, very obese, zero self-confidence. I reached out to a bunch of gyms and professor Glen called me back. Every single class I went to made me feel better and better about myself. The community is one of the best I have ever known. Nothing but support and encouragement from this team. If you're even the slightest bit curious, come check this place out. If a 300+ lbs guy can do it, you can too. Is it going to be easy? No. But the best things in life never are.
This academy literally changed my life! I'm down 63 lbs in 5 months and enjoying every minute of it!! The training is challenging but somehow fun. Highly recommended to anyone!
Community, support, motivation, GREAT people and coaches! Best decision I ever made was walking through the front door! Whether you're looking to compete or just getting fit in a fun way, this is the place for you. It really feels like a family!

A spacious, clean, and welcoming place. The instructor is respectful, patient, and passionate. One of the only places to offer parent/child BJJ.
I accompanied my 7-year-old grandson and noticed that the teacher adapts to his students and respects their learning speed. My grandson always looks forward to going back.
Great place to learn, coach Glen makes it a fun and light environment. The teammates are all ready to help and don't take themselves too seriously. 10/10 would recommend!

I signed up as soon as they opened. I liked it so much I brought my son in and now he's hooked AND he's learning defence and respect. Kind, respectful and professional. The best!
Even on my first day here I liked the environment, the people, the coaches, everything was amazing. All the instructors take time to explain if someone is having difficulty understanding.
